The New Saints (TNS) moved closer to securing their fifth consecutive Cymru Premier title with a 2-1 home victory over Caernarfon Town. Danny Redmond gave the hosts the lead in the 10th minute. Caernarfon's Brad Young, scoring his first goal for the club, equalised just before halftime. The decisive goal came in the 58th minute when TNS' record signing Ben Wilson headed the winner, extending TNS's lead at the top of the table to 15 points.
Llanelli Town Relegated Following Home Loss to Haverfordwest County
Llanelli Town were relegated from the Cymru Premier after a 1-0 defeat at home against Haverfordwest County. Dan Hawkins scored the only goal of the match with a first-half tap-in. This result ended Llanelli's one-year stay in the top flight. Meanwhile, Haverfordwest County secured their fourth consecutive win with this victory.
