Kevin Nolan Dismissed as Northampton Town Manager

Northampton Town have relieved Kevin Nolan of his managerial duties following a disappointing sequence of results, achieving only one victory in their last 16 league fixtures.

The Cobblers currently occupy 23rd place in League One, positioned three points adrift of the safety zone. Their offensive struggles are evident, having netted just 31 goals across 36 matches, marking the second lowest goal tally in the league.

Subsequent to Nolan's departure, technical director Colin Calderwood has been appointed as interim manager. He will be supported by Ian Sampson, with both individuals having previously managed Northampton Town.
