Andrews Secures Long-Term Future at Brentford

Keith Andrews has committed his future to Brentford by signing a new contract that extends his tenure as head coach until 2032.

The Irish manager, who took over from Thomas Frank in June after serving as the club's set-piece coach, has made a significant impact. Under his leadership, Brentford currently sit seventh in the Premier League and are pursuing European qualification for the first time in their history.

Andrews, aged 45, brings top-flight playing experience from his time with Blackburn Rovers and West Bromwich Albion. He has also led Brentford to the fifth round of the FA Cup this season.

Club's Positive Assessment of Andrews' Performance

Phil Giles, Brentford's director of football, praised Andrews' integration into the club, describing him as a "really good fit" following an "outstanding" inaugural season in charge.

"When Keith accepted the job last summer, he signed a three-year contract, but the intention was always that we'd review this at the earliest opportunity," Giles said.
"Given our progress this season, I'm really happy that we have agreed this extension within the first nine months."

Brentford will next face Burnley in a Premier League match scheduled for Saturday.
