Fatal Home Explosion in Chippenham

A home explosion resulting in the death of a woman in her 40s is believed to have been caused by a concrete patio slab overheating, according to Wiltshire Police.

The emergency services responded to reports of an explosion at a residence on Orchard Crescent in Chippenham at approximately 15:20 GMT on Thursday.

and indicated that there are no suspected suspicious circumstances related to the woman's death.
