Incident at Royal Windsor Horse Show
A soldier has died after falling from their horse following a display at the Royal Windsor Horse Show on Friday, Thames Valley Police confirmed.
The service member, who was part of the King's Troop, Royal Horse Artillery, fell at approximately 19:00 BST after exiting the arena.
Emergency medical treatment was administered immediately, but the individual sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the police statement. The force described the death as
"unexplained but non-suspicious".
