Scottish Parliament Vote Counting Begins

Counting of votes for the Scottish Parliament election will commence after 09:00 on Friday, 8 May. The timing for when results will be declared varies by constituency and region.

The Press Association news agency has compiled estimated declaration times for all 73 constituency seats and the eight regions. These times are approximate and may be influenced by factors such as voter turnout, ballot verification and counting delays, or the need for recounts.
