Murder Charge Following Death at Summer Solstice Event
Isaac Clare-Watts, 26, from Nottingham, was declared dead at the scene.
A 23-year-old man has been charged with murder after another man died during a summer solstice event in the Peak District.
Derbyshire Police launched a murder investigation after receiving reports of a body found near the Nine Ladies Stone Circle in Stanton Lees at 13:38 BST on 22 June.
Isaac Clare-Watts, 26, from Nottingham, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police stated that Szymon Babynko, a Polish national, has been charged with Clare-Watts's murder.
Babynko, of Commonwealth Way, London, has also been charged with attempted murder related to an incident on Hady Lane, Chesterfield, on the previous Thursday. He is scheduled to appear at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court later.
A 41-year-old man, initially arrested on suspicion of murder following Clare-Watts's death, was released on bail last week.
Authorities have established a major incident public portal to allow members of the public to provide information to officers.
