A man has been arrested on suspicion of murdering a three-year-old girl who was found dead at a property in Surrey.
Surrey Police reported that the 31-year-old suspect sustained a serious injury and received treatment after being detained at an address on Pyrcroft Road, Chertsey, at approximately 17:40 BST on Thursday.
The three-year-old girl was discovered deceased inside the property, according to police statements.
