Background on Caroline Flack
Paul Flack was the older brother of Caroline Flack, the former host of Love Island and The X Factor, who was found dead at her home in Stoke Newington, London, on 15 February 2020.
An inquest later concluded that Caroline Flack took her own life at the age of 40. At the time, she was facing trial on charges of assaulting her boyfriend.
The inquest revealed that the day before her death, Caroline Flack learned she would be prosecuted and was concerned about press intrusion.
