Fatal Collision in South Ayrshire

A biker has died following a collision with a lorry in South Ayrshire. Police Scotland reported that the crash occurred on the B730, near the junction with the A719 at Fail to Tarbolton, at approximately 09:00 on Friday.

The incident involved a red Zontes ZT125 motorcycle and a black DAF lorry. The 35-year-old motorcyclist, whose identity has not been disclosed, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Road Closure and Investigation

The road was closed for around 10 hours to facilitate investigations and was reopened at about 19:00 on the same day.
