During a previous court hearing, it was revealed that the boy, whose identity is protected due to his age, attacked teacher Vicky Williams with a kitchen knife. Ms. Williams was treated for her injury and discharged from the hospital the same night.

At Swansea Crown Court on Friday, the teenager spoke only to confirm his name and denied charges of attempted murder, wounding with intent, and unlawful wounding.
