Incident at Thorpe St Andrew School
A 15-year-old boy has been charged with attempted murder following the stabbing of a teenage girl at Thorpe St Andrew School, a secondary school near Norwich.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, resulting in the victim being taken to hospital with minor injuries.
School Lockdown Measures
During the event, pupils were instructed to switch off their phones and hide under their desks as the school was placed into lockdown at approximately 10:25 GMT, according to reports received by the BBC.
Police Charges and Court Appearance
Norfolk Police confirmed that the boy has been charged with attempted murder and is scheduled to appear before magistrates on Friday.
