Lily Allen Visits Cardiff Market Record Shop After Concert
Singer Lily Allen was seen browsing records at a local shop in Cardiff Market following her performance in the city. The artist performed at the New Theatre on Wednesday night and visited Kelly's records the next day.

James Willicombe, 26, a Cardiff resident and employee at Kelly's records, recalled the moment he recognized her.
"I was behind the counter and I was like, 'That's Lily Allen!'"
Allen was accompanied by her daughter and was observed looking through albums including those by Oasis, Wet Leg, and The Smiths.
Willicombe noted that he immediately identified her as she entered the store with her family and team.
"She was browsing the records with her daughter and picked up a few, which included albums from Oasis, The Smiths and Wet Leg."
When Allen proceeded to pay, Willicombe expressed his admiration.
"When she came to pay I told her I'm a big fan and said how jealous my girlfriend was gonna be that I had met her."
They also shared a lighthearted moment about the sold-out Cardiff show.
"We joked about missing out on tickets to her Cardiff show, that sold out quickly."
Willicombe attempted to call his girlfriend during the visit but she was unavailable.
"I tried to ring my girlfriend when Lily was in the store but she was busy."
He added that Allen's father suggested taking a photo to make his girlfriend envious, which they did.
"Her dad suggested I take a photo with Lily to make my girlfriend jealous,"he said.
Before leaving, Allen's father returned to the shop with a programme from the show as a gift.
Other Celebrity Visits and Cardiff's Low-Key Atmosphere
Lily Allen is not the first notable visitor to Kelly's records. Joe Talbot, frontman of the band Idles from Newport, has also visited the store. Willicombe recounted their interaction.
"Joe was on his own when he came in so we had a really nice conversation about the times I've been to see Idles perform."
Willicombe commented on Cardiff's relaxed environment, which allows celebrities to explore the city with minimal attention.
"Big stars come to Cardiff and do walk through the city. It's pretty low key and they can enjoy browsing the store."

This visit coincides with Lily Allen's UK tour supporting her musical comeback with the album West End Girl.
