Live Broadcast and Presentation
The competition was broadcast live from the Anglesey Showground, with Trystan Ellis-Morris and Elin Fflur presenting. A public vote by Cân i Gymru viewers determined the results.
Background and Reactions
Emlyn Gomer revealed that he had lost three friends suddenly, and this experience influenced his songwriting for the lyrics of the winning song.
"As a musician from Anglesey, this means the world to me," said Geth Tomos.
"Thank you very much to these two, thanks to all the family, and thanks to Sara for singing it so wonderfully."
Emlyn Gomer added that Sara Owen's performance was "incredible."
