Lauren Evans Wins BAFTA for Casting on I Swear
Lauren Evans, the casting director from Hendy, has won a BAFTA award for her work on the film I Swear.
The ceremony took place at the Royal Festival Hall in London on 22 February, where I Swear secured three BAFTA awards. Actor Robert Aramayo won the Best Actor award in a category that included Leonardo DiCaprio and Timothée Chalamet.

Lauren Evans was embraced by Robert Aramayo following the announcement of her victory.
Prior to her success last night, Lauren had received four nominations: three for her casting work on Sex Education and one for Lost Boys & Fairies.
In addition to these credits, Lauren has worked as a casting director on television programmes such as Gavin & Stacey and Renegade Nell, as well as on the films William Tell and Paddington 2.
