Hull FC missed an opportunity to advance into the top half of the Super League standings after a disappointing home loss to struggling Toulouse.

Hull's attack was flat and predictable, allowing the French side to capitalize and end a seven-game losing streak with a determined performance at the MKM Stadium.

Within the first 10 minutes, Toulouse full-back Olly Ashall-Bott scored a try down the left flank, followed by a try from loose-forward Joe Cator, giving Toulouse an early lead which they maintained throughout the match despite challenging, greasy conditions.
