Alfie Barbeary's late try secured victory for a significantly changed Bath side as they recovered from a 19-7 halftime deficit to hand Sale their ninth defeat in the Premiership.

Dan Frost opened the scoring for Bath, but Sale responded strongly. Taking advantage of Bath's ill discipline and playing against 14 men, Sale scored three tries through Tom O'Flaherty, Rob Du Preez, and Luke Cowan-Dickie, leading 19-7 at the break.
