Match Highlights and Bowling Impact

Kent's bowlers capitalized on winning the toss by restricting Glamorgan to 30-1 during the powerplay. Hollie Young trapped Daisy Jeanes lbw for 15 runs early on.

Lauren Parfitt struck two fours and a six, but after she drove captain Megan Belt to mid-wicket in the 10th over, Glamorgan's batting lineup collapsed.

With Kent's fielding setup, boundaries ceased after the openers, and only Eve Jackson managed to reach double figures as wickets fell regularly.

Kent's Batting Response

There was no pressure on Kent's run rate as Streets and Gordon compiled 33 runs during the powerplay. Nicole Reid bowled four overs conceding just eight runs.

The opening partnership nearly secured the win before Streets was dismissed, playing on to Katy Cobb. Cobb then had Gordon caught at mid-on in her following over.

However, Rachel King (12 not out) and Maddie Blinkhorn-Jones (20 not out) ensured a smooth finish. With rain approaching in the final minutes, Blinkhorn-Jones struck Jackson over mid-on to seal a commanding victory.
