Stabbing Incident at Luna Springs Music Venue

Two men were stabbed at Luna Springs, a music venue located on Lower Trinity Street in Digbeth, Birmingham.

West Midlands Police reported that officers were called to the scene shortly before 19:00 BST on Saturday.

Both victims were transported to hospital with injuries that are not considered life-threatening. The police confirmed that officers would remain in the area as the investigation continues to determine the circumstances of the incident and to identify those responsible.

Authorities have urged anyone present at the venue who may have mobile phone footage or relevant information to come forward.

The stabbing occurred during a day rave event titled 'Cru2: The Birmingham Shutdown' hosted at the venue.

Social media reports indicated that the event was closed early. Photographs circulated online showed signs indicating that an incident had taken place, and attendees were instructed to exit the venue via the nearest exit.

Cru2 Events issued a statement on social media addressing the situation:

"Due to unforeseen circumstances, the afterparty for Cru2: The Birmingham Shutdown has been cancelled. All ticket holders for the main event and afterparty will be contacted on Monday."
