Two Charged in Fatal Shooting of Bystander Outside Sheffield Bar

Charges Filed in Sheffield Bar Shooting

A man and a woman have been charged following the fatal shooting of a woman outside a bar in Sheffield, according to police reports.

Shanice Brookes, a 30-year-old mother of one, was discovered with critical injuries outside One Four One on West Street at approximately 02:45 BST on Monday. She was subsequently taken to hospital where she later died.

South Yorkshire Police described the victim, a charity worker residing in Sheffield, as "an innocent bystander" who was out for a night during the bank holiday when the incident occurred.

Authorities have charged Jemele Rhone, 30, of Outram Road, Sheffield, with murder. Additionally, Deiryen Dyce, 32, of Ellesmere Road North, Sheffield, faces charges of assisting an offender.
