James Holder Found Guilty of Rape
James Holder, co-founder of Superdry, has been found guilty of raping a woman following a night out. Holder, aged 54 and from Cheltenham, faced charges at Cirencester Courthouse.
During the trial, the jury also delivered a verdict of not guilty on a separate charge of assault by penetration against Holder. The decision was announced on Friday.
