The fire service responded to a fire at a shed located on Lisboy Road in Tullyhogue shortly after midnight on Thursday morning.

Investigation Underway

Authorities are currently investigating the incident, with the Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) suspecting that the fire was started deliberately.

Firefighting Efforts

Two fire appliances attended the scene. Firefighters utilized two hose reel jets along with specialist equipment to extinguish the fire.

The PSNI reported that a dark coloured saloon car was observed leaving the area in the direction of Coagh Road shortly after the fire began.

In an official statement, the fire service indicated the cause of the fire is believed to be:

"deliberate ignition"
