He is scheduled to appear before Belfast Magistrates' Court on Friday, 1 May.
Context of the Disorder
The disorder occurred during an approved public procession prior to the match, which involved approximately 250 participants.
Police reported that while most attendees behaved peacefully, there was notable provocative conduct and extensive use of pyrotechnics and fireworks despite repeated warnings.
"Most people behaved peacefully but they saw 'provocative conduct and the heavy use of pyrotechnics and fireworks - despite various warnings being issued against this'."
The Parades Commission had imposed conditions on the procession, which was organized by some Cliftonville supporters, prior to its commencement.
