Jury Deliberates in Stephen McCullagh Trial for Natalie McNally Murder

Jury Sent to Deliberate in Murder Trial

Following a trial lasting over four weeks, the jury in the case of Stephen McCullagh, accused of murdering his pregnant partner Natalie McNally, has been sent out to reach a verdict.

Ms McNally was fatally attacked at her home in Lurgan on December 18, 2022. At the time of her death, she was 15 weeks pregnant.

Her partner, 36-year-old Stephen McCullagh from Woodland Gardens in Lisburn, denies the charge of murder.

The trial judge, Mr Justice Kinney, delivered his final instructions to the jury on Monday morning.

Throughout the trial, the McNally family has been present in the public gallery of Court 13 at Belfast Crown Court.
