Reddick consented to the request and reassured his team about the safety measures in place, stating his intention to personally instruct the crowd to handle his son carefully.

"They are not going to drop him because I'm going to tell them 'hey don't drop him, this is my kid'."

During the crowd surf, Everett fell but was promptly caught by the fans, which led Reddick to believe the situation was under control as his son was brought back over the barrier smiling.

Post-Incident Details

After the concert, Reddick visited his dressing room and noticed Everett was holding his head, indicating the point of impact.

He explained that Everett had fallen headfirst onto a plastic cover protecting cables running from the stage to the soundboard.

Everett was taken to the venue's emergency tent for evaluation. Reddick confirmed that his son was "fine" and noted that Everett had previously experienced a concussion.

"He's had a concussion before."

Despite the fall, Everett was undeterred and expressed his intention to crowd surf again.

"He's going to do it again."
